The Origin
It didn’t start in a boardroom; it started in a backyard. We were tired of 'mystery' chicken and soggy skin. We wanted a bird that commanded respect. That led us on a two year obsession to find the perfect balance of heat, salt, and smoke.
The Process
While the rest of the world moved toward 10-minute flash-frying, we went the other way. Every single bird at The Chicken Brand is hand-rubbed with our signature 12-spice dry rub and slow-roasted for exactly 3 hours. We don’t cut corners because you can’t rush a masterpiece.
